Ijebu garri is a specific variety of garri, a staple food in Nigeria made from processed cassava. Produced primarily by the Ijebu people of the Yoruba ethnic group, it is distinguished by its unique production process, which results in a crisper texture and a more pronounced sour taste compared to other types of garri.

It is normally soaked  with water and eaten with groundnuts.
